Tianren describes the collaborative development of a sludge low-temperature drying process operating around 45–50°C. In a closed-loop air system, moisture is removed from sludge and condensed through heat-pump dehumidification.

HOW IT WORKS
Working Principle
Conditioned dry air contacts the sludge and takes up moisture. The wet air is dehumidified and reheated for recirculation. Sludge properties, initial moisture, throughput and outlet moisture targets determine the design.
Detailed PFD/P&ID, performance curves and certified specifications are supplied only after product and project confirmation.
